At GT Omega, we stand behind the quality of our home office and gaming furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via the returns portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components back into their original packaging to ensure the items are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
